I am so sorry to say, but... Not at all satisfied with the level of service received. We paid the R850 x 2 immediately after signing the forms... And had to do all the work ourselves. What a waste of money, time and data. I asked for assistance and was told to contact UIF myself. Will definitely not recommend. It's actually very easy to do yourself. Register online at UIF. Submit the documents and phone them if you need assistance. Don't spend money unnecessarily, like we did.
Our community relies on TELKOM to keep us in touch with our local SAPS offices. But unfortunately this seems above what Telkom can be relied on for. SAPS HERCULES' phones have been faulty for way too long now. Our community CANNOT GET HOLD OF OUR POLICE DUE TO TELKOM LINES NOT WORKING!! Maybe we should campaign against Telkom for if and when SAPS is urgently needed and cannot assist due to TELKOM LINES NOT WORKING ... we should then register a case against Telkom?? Looking at the available reviews I'm astonished. Really Telkom?? Why not just close down...?? Regards. Deputy Chairperson for HCPF.
My account was paid on the 5th. My services were suspended. It's 5 days later and after numerous calls ... still no joy. I'm still without my wifi services. I'm so disappointed. Very fast and efficient service when disconnecting but slower than slow to reconnect. And then the consultant says she cannot help you as it is her time "to knock off". Super nice service Cell C. Keep it up.
After 2 phone calls of 12 minutes and again 42 minutes on a call to cell c, I was shocked to hear that my wifi was suspended because of accumulated fees from Oct 2019 until now of which I was never informed. I phoned on a couple occasions in wich I confirmed with Cell C that my bank details have changed and that I am now paying via eft. They still debited my old bank account and now I need to pay for bank fees from Oct 2019. Why did they never sms or email me in connection with the debit orders that was unpaid?? Now, in this time Im without my wifi service and need to pay a huge amount before they will reconnect. It is truly unacceptable. I want proof of their so called messages and emails that they allegedly sent.
I bought from Homechoice. The company I worked with shut down, leaving me without income. I'm trying currently to pay off my account. But everyday, at least 3 to 5 times I'm phoned by different people about my account... at R23 per phone call and R3 per sms. Not even mentioning the time I spend talking to the operators, explaining explaining. Nothing is ever put on system, so they keep on calling from different numbers. And now I have 2 different agencies phoning me as well. Who do I pay?? At this rate I'm never going to settle the account. I've now stopped answering the phonecalls as I truly feel harassed. My husband has an account with them. Pays as he should... after each payment they phone to enquire about the next payment. Why?? Because he does not want a debit order. After paying in full his Fonechoice account, they still phoned him to enquire about the next payment. And at R23 per phonecall he also stopped answering them. This is irritating beyond words.
On Friday 26 July I paid my account. The services was disconnected. I was assured by 2 ladies at collections the lines (4) would by unlocked within 24 - 48 hrs. As I accepted the negligence was on my side, I left it at that. This morning, 28 July at 10h00, i phoned collections and spoke to a gentleman there... he confirmed with the supervisor on shift, Patricia, that she has received the proof of payment email and has given the consent to have the services reinstated. It is now 18h38 and upon quering at customer care if the lines were unlocked, the lady told me that it was not. I understand that Vodacom now has a policy of unlocking 7 days after payment. I had 7 contracts and already cancelled 3... unfortunately I upgraded/downgraded my elderly mother's number last month - I should have cancelled that as well. I will be cancelling the other 3 numbers by year end when they are due for upgrade. I feel it is in both my and Vodacoms interest for me to move my personal existing number to Cell C. That is if I'm able to get the lines up and working before December 2019.
Contacted Vision Print in Claremont, Pretoria on the 12th of February 2019 for 3 Contravisions for a shop's windows. Paid in full same day. Today is the 15th of March and one window is done to specifications, one window was done totally wrong and the door not done as yet. After numerous messages to owner's daughter still no commitment from their side. This is beyond frustrating.
As From 1 November 2018 I have been trying to contact Leisurebooks. I've sent numerous emails, no response. The contact telephone number is not working. Does Leisurebooks still exist? The service is non-existent... that is a fact.
I ordered keyrings. Unfortunately received way before schedule (on my side). Delivery was not pre-arranged. Then a very ugly message was received from the lady and insults from her side followed. (After full payment was made)... Even after I apologised about any inconvenience from my side. I had to block this young lady on all media platforms to prevent further insults to my person and professionalism and communication s****s. I will most definitely not be doing any business with them in future.
<p>It took me months to get hold of and successfully place an order at Fonechoice. I bought a Laptop, Printer and Tablet. With that I was supposed to receive a Laptop bag, mouse and 32 Gig USB stick.</p> <p>The Laptop, Printer and mouse was received in great order. The Tablet's screen was scratched, but not irritable to work on. However the USB is not working at all and I never received the Laptop bag. </p> <p>I made a second Laptop purchase. I questioned the abovementioned problems and was assured to receive a new USB and a bag. My Laptop was delivered... no USBs, no bags, no mouse. </p> <p>I questioned this again and was promised it would be delivered. 1 Laptop bag arrived. </p> <p>I still have not received the other bag, either of the 2 USB sticks or the second Laptop's mouse.</p> <p>Call after 'recorded' call. Still no answers.</p>
