I have been complaining to axxess about my internet i even gave them a call on sunday but the guy that help me i explained everything in detail of whats wrong i even loaded a support log on there website and they just not responding i even ask if they cant send a technician to come have look because call center is not helpful still no response from them they expect you to pay them on time but now that you need help they just ignore you thinking of switching my wifi to another provider because this is not customer service i used up all my airtime a whole R200 airtime trying to explain to the technical call center whats wrong when my airtime was almost done i ask if they can call me back ever since then no response
Good evening I would like to bring to your attention the bad service my husband and I received today at your restuarant. We waited for an hour for someone to attend to us.no one even came to ask if we would like a drink. I am highly disappointed as it is my husbands birthday today and I brought him out for supper, only to have to wait for an hour without being attended to. People that came after us were served with drinks and food.after an hour of sitting my husband and I eventually got up and walked out. I will never ever set foot in your restuarant and I will definitely make it known that I have received unacceptable and putrid service. OH and to add, thank you for making what suppose to be a beautiful peaceful surprise supper for my husband a horrible one. I will be writing a review on hello peter and taking it to the media. i cancelled my insurance with these guys i got cancellation letter and everything they decide to debit my account this morning with a R6200 after i change my insurance twice after i was with them and i spoke to a guy 'kagisoma at miway he rather tell me what must i do no customer training but he suppose to be a senior consultant
