Had the worst time at Gaucho. Came in with my family of 7 and left without being served. After more than an hour of waiting, we were told that there was no food for us because the delivery wasn’t made and this was after we got frustrated and asked for a manager. The issue wasn’t communicated with us the whole time we were sitting there waiting.
We app**** for fibre and only received a router it’s been 7weeks now and the service is not live and every time we call we told to reboot the router n wait for 48 hours mind you this is for the office. Really calling these people every week is exhausted worse they have even billed us for a service that we not even using and we always sending messages on WhatsApp and we don’t even get a response from the guys
