Dear HelloPeter On the 10th of August 2018 I sent my watch to Tissot Menlyn for battery change. In a week or two I receive a email from the service provider quoting me R1400. I went back to the store in Menlyn mall and tell them that the fee that is being required is beyond my budget. I only ask for the battery change only. I was coded R150 for only the battery and I accepted. Two weeks After I pass by the store and I was being told that the my watch is back but it's not working. I was very surprised because as I sent my watch for battery service, my watch was working, it's just it was reflecting a battery sign on the digital screen. Now my watch is not working due to the fact that it was being opened by the service provider. I sent the my watch back to the service provider and I sent them an email Note: Can you please replace the battery on the watch as I and the ladies at the Menlyn store they know that my watch was working very well as I showed them that is working all the functions are working I only need the battery to be changed. Have I always buy watch in Tissot even now I'm still stuck with the formal watch that it did the battery to be replaced so I don't know that can I still trust them with my properties can someone help me out here
Wish.com online shopping the site that you cannot trust I have ordered a hands-free Bluetooth handset on November 2018 it was estimated that it will be arrived on the 16th of November until this today I've never receive it. Then give myself a reason that because it is December time everything is been delayed I've ordered a watch it was estimated that I will receive it 27th December 2018 I didn't receive it and they refuse to refund My Money
On 28-08-2018 I send my watch for battery repair at the Menlyn Tissot shop I was quoted 1327.92. I asked that my watch must be send it back to me because of that was out of my budget. When I receive my watch I noticed that it's lighter than the way I know it. When I go back to the shop and report it the lady at the shop says to me there is nothing she can do because the watch was opened by the technician she is not a technician.
