Prompt Delivery & Excellent Service.
I recently ordered from My Perfume shop Everything went very smoothly. The notification was prompt & I was informed of the progress regularly. My purchase was well packed & arrived earlier than I expected. I would definitely order from My Perfume Shop again Many thanks

Shoddy company
JPS Trust is located in Stellenbosch It is a Property Management Company. They collect & see to an Estates payable levies, water payments etc. They are under the Management of lady who is so unreliable, & unfriendly, that it beggars belief. You write emails, or letters, to this company & they do not acknowledge, or reply to any of them. You cannot get anywhere with this woman managing this company. You get no satisfactory response to a a problem, or grievance, you may have, or, wish to have brought in order. One eventually gets the idea that emails & letters are not even read. Should they have received money, which they advised you needed an adjustment to on your present levy, only to find at a later date that this was not at all necessary. They now have that extra money. You can write emails & letters, until your arms are breaking, to try and get that money refunded, & returned, to you. They just ignore you, & you never get your money paid back into your bank account. You can tear your hair out in frustration. It is despicable. It is not the way a reputable, reliable, & honest company, should be conducting business. This Company is great on threatening, & bullying customers, with a 10% increase on a bill if it has not been paid by a due date. But they do not honour payments made to them that they had no right to keep. It’s a shoddy, & disgraceful way, in which this Company conducts itself & treats their customers. There is nothing good , or positive, to be said about this company.

A CARING CHECKERS SERVICE
I have been a regular customer of the Checkers Vergelegen Plein in Somerset West, Winelands, for quite some time. The supermarket aisles are nice & wide & everything is well displayed with a very fresh & clean look about it. On Monday the 30th November, around 5.30pm, I needed to do some Grocery Shopping. Having had a number of bad sinus headaches, & a spate of nosebleeds, with the ever changeable Cape weather and South Easter’s, my fridge & pantry were quite bare. Reaching the cheese sector, to my horror I, once again, suffered a severe nosebleed. My lone tissue was soaked through in seconds. I moved to the alcohol section where it was quieter, & I thought, would be less disturbing to other shoppers. However, I soon began to panic. How on earth would I be able to get out of the store into the Mall section & back to my car? The 2 African ladies in the Bakery Section noticed my predicament. They came hurriedly along with the largest roll of kitchen paper I had ever seen & began tearing off large sheets of paper for my use. The one lady had to return to the bakery counter & the other lady stayed with me the entire time, until my nosebleed had subsided. I was so grateful for their calm helpfulness in what could have been a very unpleasant situation. Later I expressed my gratitude to the Manageress on duty. How sad to hear her saying «Thank you so much for that feedback. Most often we don’t get complimented for the service of our staff. Instead we deal with criticism from our clients » Well this time I can only say they really rose to the occasion with care & great service. Thank you Checkers Vergelegen Plein in Somerset West, Winelands.

SHOCKING COUTURE BUSINESS
I have nothing good to say about this woman who runs this business in Beach Road, Strand. Boland Western Cape. If you want a nightmare experience, sleepless nights & stress I implore you to avoid this business for your matric dance gown or bridal wear. She charges the most exorbitant prices for totally incompetent work. Her sewing is atrocious & she does not have any sense of professionalism. Forgets appointments, a thousand excuses, does not answer her phone when she see your number coming up & plays the victim card. Worst of all, she has grandiose Illusions of her capabilities. When meeting her she has the affront to tell you she had a successful Couture Business in Luxembourg. A friend of mine lived there for over 20 years & she had never heard of Luza van Zyl Couture !?! Save yourself from heartache & financial loss. Liza can Zyl Bridal Couture is a scam artist with no conscious about her Modus Operandi

Please NEVER USE this Bridal Couture place in Beach Road, Strand. Boland Western Cape for your unforgettable Bridal dress, Matric Dance, or, evening wear. This woman is a con artist. Her sewing is atrocious & she charges well over R3400 for a garment without a pre-pattern before cutting into your expensive fabric you hand over to her. She ignores appointments. Does not answer the phone when she has your money in hand. She has a million excuses for everything but her own shoddy work. If you want a nightmare experience, terrible memories, anger & sleepless nights then go ahead but it will end in heartbreak & frustration. If anyone is interested in seeing how bad her sewing & workmanship is I have over 20 photographs & several witnesses who have seen her Modus operandi first hand. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
