Bronx think twice
A pair of Bronx formal shoes heels collapsed requested Bronx / Bolton footwear to contact me. I used both their customer care email and their contact us forum on the web page. Still no contact and no customer service. One must think twice before supporting these products

False adverting price savings on specials
Misleading public on promotions savings and false advertising. Be very very careful I was caught addressed it with Game head office , logged a call and still no feedback. Be very very careful game advertises a saving and a specials promo price but they don’t keep to the so called savings one makes buying the promotional item. Pity this forum does not let one add photos as I would be more than happy to share the slip info, the system pic of normal price and also the price of signage giving so called amount saving and special price. If anyone can advise on where and how to log this with the retails board etc and other platforms for false adverting and misleading public

Discovery Medical aids let Doctors treat patients
Discovery Medical Aid should allow Doctors to treat patients with meds and not force Doctors to treat Discovery. Both my kids are on Ritalin which costs me a R1000 a month out of my savings as Discovery does not cover Ritalin at all and won't even think of covering it at all. We have sent in letters from doctors, sent my kids for extra tests and still get the middle finger from Discovery . I would like to ask them to explain why and dare them to investigate how many new customers they would get if they covered Ritalin. At this stage I don't have a choice in moving medical aids as I want to help my kids and give them a better future. I invite all Discovery members in the same boat to post their own comments and let's see if Discovery listens to their members in order to change and allow Ritalin onto their chronic formulary.
