Zero response to emails. I paid for a service that I thought would help - no opportunity to ask or answer questions. No response since yesterday - no way to get a refund. Zero clarity for process and no questions to get the process done properly. Useless. I want a refund.
The Rosebank branch has the rudest most unhelpful staff I have ever experienced. After expressing frustration, they showed apathy and an unwillingness to help or assist, and watched TV while I spoke to them. WORST STAFF EVER. And the reviews for the branch confirm it.
