I recently had an experience with Ford Kroonstad and it was a huge disappointment. I was excited to purchase a Ford bakkie from this dealership, but the entire process left me frustrated and uninterested. I committed to a deposit for a specific white V6 bakkie with the agreed-upon specifications. The promise was a delivery date of September 20th with a 9.75% interest rate. To my dismay, I didn't receive the bakkie on the promised date. The week before the 20th, the dealership attempted to persuade me to accept a silver bakkie, a clear departure from the white V6 I had ordered. In the week leading up to the promised delivery, they presented me with a white bakkie lacking the auto roller shutter I had requested, and they even suggested an after-market roller shutter as an alternative, which wasn't part of our original agreement. When this option didn't align with my preferences, they proposed an orange bakkie, which, once again, was not what I ordered. The level of incompetence I experienced was truly astounding. After enduring multiple excuses and delays, I decided to visit another Ford branch. It was at this point that I discovered my interest rate had increased to 11.75%, and this was a stark contrast to the initial agreement. This unexpected change in interest rate was a significant source of disappointment for me. Moreover, it's essential to note that the special offer had concluded by the end of September. Had I received my bakkie on the promised 20th, the deal could have been settled according to the terms of the first offer (featuring an interest rate of 9.75%). I'll be blunt: I will NEVER buy from Ford in my entire life, and I won't recommend anyone else to do so either. The lack of respect for their customers are issues too severe to ignore. I expected better from a reputed brand like Ford. My sales representative, @Sipho, failed to ensure a smooth and transparent transaction, which has left me with a negative impression of @FordKroonstad.

Infinity Pool Specialists supplies pentair products. So i bought a Pentair Chlorinator for over 10k and had it installed in OCT 22. In Dec it stopped working Infinity pools then replaced this unit since it have a 1 year Guarantee. In Feb 23 it stopped working again, which is the second new unit which one can assume should carry another year guarantee since it is new. Now the blame game starts whereby Infinity blame the manufacturer Pentair? Pentair blames load shedding, when i have a off grid solar system and load shedding and power spikes don't effect us? My biggest frustration is that Infinity sells products and when there is an issue they walk away and refer you to the manufacturer? Surely this is not normal? If i sell the product surely i sort out the warranty? I did not buy this from the manufacturer i bought it from them, how do they just walk away from this? Anyway i have been trying to resolve this since Feb, best is i am talking to the receptionist as the owner who made the money with my purchase has now disappeared! If you use them get ready for disappointment! Infinity Pool Specialists

So i need information and or parts for a product we bought 4 years ago. I send a mail to Whirlpool, ********** & ********** The mail was send 27th of October i found the info on the Whirlpool website. To date they have not even replied? This is almost 10 days? So when i phone the call centre this morning they told me they will now respond? The questions is why not and i got no answer? When i asked for a number of the manager and or director to phone if i do not get an answer i was told they not allowed to share their contact details? They then also told me Michelle do not work for them? I got the contact details of their website? Why should it be so difficult to get after sales service? Isn't it strange how companies build these fortune's and the create a call centre and that immediately turns into bad service? Everything so be handled through a call centre and no person and or shareholder taking responsibility for bad service? I am in the motor trade and we as directors handle each customer complaint to ensure we do not loose touch with our business and or customers. It seems that all these big corporates do not care. This will definitely influence my next decision before i buy there product.
