They are the worst internet provider available. Their accounts department is useless. I have been emailing them and phoning the billing department for over 2 year's but they still have not sorted out my billing query. Since then they have handed me over to a collection agency. Do not use them they dishonest and not trust worthy

This company is a scam. They have a website that has a call centre but when you phone it, your call is diverted to the same number. I had a problem with my xtraview heartbeat. They came out and change my LNB saying it was faulty. The cost of the callout and new LNB was R1300.00 The xtraview worked for 1 day and then the same error appeared. I called about 5 times and eventually Jacob came out to fix it. He said all was fixed left and when I went to check 30mins later, I am receiving the same error message. The person who I spoke to on ********** & ********** (the same person answers both numbers). Told me that this is now a different issue to what was originally fixed. Please do not use them. I will be reporting this company to DSTV. The numbers are ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** & ********** . If you have any of these don't call them.
