Excellent Service from Lehlohonolo from Miway
Lehlohonolo, came through for me when I was leaving the company. In the interim, i got the bad treatment where when I was intending to maintain my premium, Miway was adamant I was due for an upward review which i had paid only from September to November, and the figure was about 1400 when I asked for a downward review at the end of September it increased to 1600. When I then asked just before the change of annual review that's when it increased to above1800. This saw me asking Miway to ask Kagiso to call me which they never did. It only took me to get the discovery one then thLehlohonolo did exceptionally well, returning me to the original 1400 figure. I wish to commend the courteous manner in which she spoke to me. She also wondered why her colleague could not see the value in my loyalty to Miway so that she could accede to my request for a reduction. She is quite knowledgeable on customer care and promised to give me a call. She wrote a reminder for therefore annual review. I am a satisfied customer. I am going to cancel the Discovery one at that as I had not gone through with the car inspection they had requested. She is going to assist me with the same. Lehlohonolo made my day.

Excellent service from Lerato Mathaba...Miway insurance
Lerato Mathaba served me with great professionalism and I was able to negotiate my premium to mutually acceptable levels while adding household insurance at the same time. I rate her service at 4/5
