Poor service and Incomplete absa *****
I am rely u happy with Absa ***** department I believe my App was hacked in December 2025 I logged a Case with them and they said they will take 20 days to investigate and I was the only person doing follow ups they even told me that they closed one of my cases I don't know how when nothing has been resolved after a month I sent them an email that's when they said I should go to my network provider to see if my sim was cloned or not that the information they had to tell me when i opened the case however they only told me that 30 days later they never have sense of urgency my money went missing while I thought it was safe in my app yet I'm the one who constantly has to do follow ups the last time I checked I couldn't duplicate an absa banking however mine was duplicated while I had my phone with me I do not recommend and honestly do not trust them with my money anymore

They never Deliever
Poor service I Ordered my hair a month Ago they keep saying the hair is coming but it's all Lies that company just needs to be closed down because they don't know how to deal with Clients their phones don't even answer their Phones they to show that they are BIG scams

Crazy working hours
The worst company to work for, we work 10 hours and we only have a 45 minutes lunch break and also take a 15 minutes tea break which we sometimes don't get because we haven't made target, we work 2 compulsory Saturday which we are not paid overtime for, the company will pay you R20 for coming to work on a Saturday, the hours are too much, and we are not paid overtime for those extra hours, the company is very bad they treat their employees like they are tools they managers always encouraged consultants to start doing drugs in order to start reaching target. The company always binds by their contracts, but by law employees are required to be paid for extra hours that they work and we are even forced to work those hours
