It's the worst place to work at, crazy working hours that they lie about on contracts saying it's 8am-4pm but it's really 8am-7pm/8pm and the pay is R4500 every month. Taking advantage of people and your mental health goes down.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent interview experience with Russell Brown during the final stage of the interview process at O'Keeffe & Swartz. Unfortunately, the manner in which I was dismissed from the interview was highly unprofessional, causing significant embarrassment and discomfort. Rather than communicating the decision via the recruitment agency, as would have been the appropriate and professional approach, Mr. Brown bluntly dismissed me in front of the entire interview panel. This not only undermined the integrity of the interview process but also displayed a severe lack of emotional intelligence and respect towards me as a candidate. Mr. Brown's conduct during this incident was not befitting of someone in a leadership position, particularly as an Executive. His actions reflect a blatant disregard for basic people skills and professionalism, qualities that are essential for anyone tasked with leading teams and interacting with others. Such behavior demonstrates a lack of emotional intelligence and maturity, which are critical traits in effective leadership. I strongly believe that no candidate should be subjected to such unprofessional treatment, and I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately to prevent future occurrences.

This is a **** company employing *********** agents,an agent called me to offer a standard bank hospital plan took all my details even my bank.account and never sent me any policy documents and now I'm getting calls from different companies,this **** company knows nothing abut POPI Act I'm going to make sure I sue this company

I am very dissapointed to give this review today. I sent my son and daughter to apply for a sales job at this company. They were not transparent that the people will not get fired after one failed role play and not get paid. In my life I have never seen a company train people without pay.... So they just spent money to come to work and train and wasted it basically. Secondly, your facilitator Jamie Baird needs training herself. She has no training skills and from what I heard she is very mean to the trainees. Now I understand why you have to recruit people on a daily basis. I will never ever recommend anyone to O Keefe and swartz ever again. Sies man!!!!!!

I was in training at okeeffe & Swartz i was doing good till the summative when i called itumeleng i was good and my system crushed i forget the part of ID then i wasnt given a second chance but people in my team were bad with the summative especially nowabisa, itumeleng she even heard people who were helping her at background but still she found her compitent, she has been failing but given a chance in test but others were been chased. So its favouritism or what? And can i also get my training money because i was told that a day in training is R150,i want my 2 weeks money

I have never felt so hopeless with this company which I came for an interview today. We travel using money to get to an interview that is telephonic and you can get rejected right there what a waste. It was a useless start whereby they should've made the telephonic interview while we are at home and declined there so I don't waste my time only to come for a telephonic interview next door. I had to have the interview on another room whereby I can hear the interviewer from the room they were in and on my phone too this was poorly conducted and structured. I couldn't even hear much and I asked what they are saying so many times. They absolutely don't know how to even speak to candidates because after the telephonic interview he came and told me I don't have enthusiasm and he's declining. It was a waste of my last money to get there and I am regretting each second.
