I submitted a claim for a burst geyser and was assisted on the same day. My geyser was replaced on the same day as well. Happy with the service
On the 2/03/2023 I withdrew R400 on instant emali cash. On 03.03.2023 I tried to withdraw the R400 and the money was returned to sender as per Nedbank. I spoke to numerous consultants that just kept on escalating the matter. I was then promised I will receive a new sms with a new pin. Up until today there is nothing! I have never experiences such horrible service in my life! Waiting for an hour or longer every time I need to speak to a consultant and still no help? I want my money and don't want to hear about escalations!! you can see the money was returned. What is so hard on sending a new PIN!!!???
I opened an account in March 2022 and my account is now pending activation due to FICA documents outstanding. I have been to the branch twice. Been assisted telephonically to un restrict my account and yesterday it was re stricted again? I had to once again go to the branch, no cash on me and they the advised that my documents were never loaded and I need to wait 24 hours in order to access my money. So who's fault is that??? Now I was stuck inside the mall because I could not pay my parking ticket!!!!! I am withdrawing all my cash as soon as I can and opening up an account with a different bank. So disgusted by the way they treat their clients.
I ordered fibre installation on 30 April 2022. Pamphlets were handed out and I contacted Siya who's cell number was on there. I asked how it works. He took my details and just said he's got it. Got what??? I'm still waiting. Now I tried applying elsewhere and I can't as Siya's application is still open. I asked him to cancel but he is ignoring me. I tried calling him and he doesn't answer my calls. Vuma! Please remove my application. I want to use another service provider. I need this done as soon as possible
I am very dissapointed to give this review today. I sent my son and daughter to apply for a sales job at this company. They were not transparent that the people will not get fired after one failed role play and not get paid. In my life I have never seen a company train people without pay.... So they just spent money to come to work and train and wasted it basically. Secondly, your facilitator Jamie Baird needs training herself. She has no training skills and from what I heard she is very mean to the trainees. Now I understand why you have to recruit people on a daily basis. I will never ever recommend anyone to O Keefe and swartz ever again. Sies man!!!!!!
Two months ago I wanted to apply for mtn data not knowing it was a fix LTE. There was an issue with regards to the Rica process and I spoke to one of your consultants on Whatsapp and they explained that the fix LTE is only for the fixed for the address and will only work there. I then advised them that I was not looking for that and was offered Telkom, which I declined as there is no coverage in my area. I asked them to cancel the application. Now for 2 months I keep getting debits on my account for something I don't have. No card was delivered as the Rica process fell through. How do you bill someone that never received a card or data from you??? I asked the consultant for an e-mail address for complaints and he provided me with an e-mail address that is no longer working??? In the meantime my account gets debited for something I clearly declined and there is no card or data to bill me on so why are you debiting me?? Bad service is an under statement.
I bought R318 rand worth of Monice Data. I am unable to use the data. I have called telkom numerous times to ask for assistance. I have followed every step from the consultants and till date I am still not able to access the 25G I purchased. It is not a network issue as I have always used Monice and it worked. And strange cos when I purchase social bundles it works... So I have spent over R500 for data for nothing. Telkom I want my money back!!!!
