Dishonest
would like to complain about a lady by the name of keabetswe, I met her at Meadowlands point in November, and I took her numbers, during December I referred people to her to open an policy little did I know that she is dishonest and she is not transparent, my mom Refilwe Tsatsi opened a policy with her and my mom asked her that she wants the policy to be deducted on the 28th of January, she agreed and I also asked her if she can she said yes, 4days back my mom received a message telling her that they will debit on the 30th ,then my mom texted her ,she said she will fix it ,guess what she didn't fix it ,when I send her message she doesn't respond to me now,Last week my fiance Kamogelo Kgati whatsapp her n asked her if we can meet her since he is not comfortable sending his particulars in social media ,she said no the office is closed ,we asked her where is she ,so that we can drive to her she said she is not around soweto, n guess what when we went to the office it was open ,we ended up opening at your office, but I am disappointed, because with fais you must be honest to people ,n with popi law we must keep our clients particulars safe ,didn't she sign fica forms

Training
I was in training at okeeffe & Swartz i was doing good till the summative when i called itumeleng i was good and my system crushed i forget the part of ID then i wasnt given a second chance but people in my team were bad with the summative especially nowabisa, itumeleng she even heard people who were helping her at background but still she found her compitent, she has been failing but given a chance in test but others were been chased. So its favouritism or what? And can i also get my training money because i was told that a day in training is R150,i want my 2 weeks money

Bad service
1 july 2021 i called 112 and esther answered and transferred me to frida they gave me good service but when i called back sedisa picked up and she was rude told me to even call ambulance, she didn't even care,when i tell her the calls are recorded and i report her she didnt care but told me to go ahead and report her, this is the very same issue i got on 24june 2020 when i called and they asked me where i placed the ambulance. And when i ask for tean leader they tell me they dont have is this the way they treat ill people

200% bonus
Worst experience I have ever received . I was given a 200%deposit and I won 6 winnings when I logged in today 12/09/2020 2:44 it said i should withdraw R853,30 so I withdrawn R800 and I got a reference number, 10:10 I went to supabets soweto and gave them the otp and was told it was declining due to I didnt submit fica documentation and my account is not yet validated I must bring five documents so that it can be validated,I went home and I took required documentation for fica at 12:24 and it was sent they were no respond until we kekeletso called oreo to help us 15:10 oreo was able to assist and was told in 30 minutes it will be in a big books to be validated, 16:20 we called oreo and he personally went to big books to tell them to validate,when we were about to proceed they were no longer funds in my account they took it back and they say they thought it was fraud they will call me back and fix it,it was around 16:45. At 17:05 we called and they say i did fraud with bettings,they didnt even ask the guy my user name,but they say its fraud. How can it say I must withdraw then boom it's a fraud,if I did wallet it was going to be easy but because it was generated to go to the branch then this happens,I regret why I didnt do it via instant money,they are reaping us off LeratoTsatsi01
