I am deeply frustrated with the service I received from Makro and feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. On *21st March 2025, I ordered a beige headboard (Order #MAK9701728), which was only delivered **last month* after an unreasonable delay of over a month. To add insult to injury, the courier (Wumdrop) arrived with a *grey headboard* instead of the beige I paid for. Despite immediately informing Makro and the courier about the error, *no action has been taken. The courier coordinator, Adelaide, claimed the incorrect item was returned to the warehouse the same day, yet Makro has **ignored all refund requests. We even lodged a formal query on **02/04/2025* (Ref: MTIFMCU4D3S), but there has been radio silence. This ordeal has caused significant inconvenience, and Makro’s refusal to address the issue reflects a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge their complaints department to intervene immediately, as I plan to escalate this matter further. *Avoid purchasing from Makro* if you value timely delivery, accurate orders, or basic accountability. Their service is shockingly poor, and their lack of communication is unacceptable. *Hello Peter community*, any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Makro cannot continue treating customers this unfairly.
The worst with PMD -CL100578529 Claim has not been resolved by Sune Richardson. over a month now..whats hapening?
CL100578529. Sune Richardson and Taramyn Frost have made me experience the worst service ever. My claim has not been resolved. PMD is the worst insurance. I am being disturbed at work with endless calls after providing them with all the information. After my accident i was in a terrible state and would not be able to call their towing services they refused to pay towing fees for my car I am waiting the 3rd week now for finalisation of my claim. they are Giving excuses about awaiting videos from thirda party. I am tired of all the nonsense i am getting
I am really disgusted by this service provider. I was involved in a terrible car accident on June 10th. My claim still has not been finalized by Sune Richardson in the claims department. Her Manager Tamaryn Frost has also shown no interest in helping me. -I am always been told excuses that they are still waiting for CCTV images and Videos from the 3rd Party -I haven't been able to travel to work for a month -My Car Air bags went off and is badly damaged, they sent their investigators to go and evaluate the car to say its still fixable so they can avoid paying it off. I asked to get in my own SAMBRA Approved guys for second opinion they givign me excuses. -I have filled in an accident report and PMD forms with details of the accident.Moreover, i have been called at work several times being asked the same questions telephonically and now upon receiving the CCTV videos and images they said the need to call me to answer more questions? Its the worst insurance and i regret being with them.
I was in an accident 2 Months back. I have been submitting documents back and forth with the Lady that is supposed to handle my claim. Alicia Greyling is really bad at what she does. Her turn around time on emails is 4 days. She refuses to provide me with a work telephone number that i can call her on. I complained here three weeks back and the PMD Team responded but has not taken any action. I think they try as much to delay the process so that it can influence the outcome of the claim. Claim number CL ********** 39. This insurance is very affordable but the horrible process to claim and all the nonsense they require before processing your claim is disgusting.
I have been struggling with Alicia Greyling. She has failed to help me complete my claim process. CL ********** 39. It has been three weeks now and they are still sending me affidavits for cellphone records to complete. I need to complete cell-phone records for all the phones that were in my car even if they were off. I need to find all the owners of the cellphones so they can also complete affidavits. I use an FNB connect sim but i need to complete forms for CELLC. Very Poor Service. I have asked her to escalate to her managers and she refuses to do so. This is very poor service.
