Foschini East rand mall has very rude staff,I walked in to do an exchange and asked 2 ladies at the door what the process is ,they laughed and said they aren't security,please train you staff on how to handle customer queries,I never said Im looking for security but simply asked what the process it as I am walking in with an item I bought online and need a different size.
For the last two weeks I have been complaining about my tracking unit showing an incorrect location,my first call was on the 8th of March 2026 and since then they have rebooted it twice with no change in location,everytime I call I am transfered to check the location which is always wrong and told maintenance will call to follow up.on Wednesday I was told I will be called at 2pm after making an arrangement with them that I will drive my car at1pm and they will call to check my location and send maintenance team if the location is wrong,never got that that call,Thursday the 19th I call in again and I am told it is escalated and someone from maintenance will call which they never did,my question is how long does it take to escalate a massive safety issue as this,If I am to be in a situation right now I cant rely on you as you have no idea where I am,my location still shows I am at a hair salon I went to two weeks ago,I am not getting helped and your team has no sense of urgency to resolve this,this is a major safety hazard for me and I am concerned for my safety ,this service has proved unreliable and I want to cancel it as it is not fit for purpose and a waste of time as I constantly have to call in for something that has been broken for a whole 2 weeks,2 weeks of safety risks then I get a message that the tracking unit works and planned maintenancewill be cancelled.I HAVE ZERO FAITH IN YOUR ABILITY TO FIX THIS SO PLEASE COME REMOVE YOUR DEVICE,HOPE THE REMOVAL TEAM IS MORE RELIABLE!!
Absolutely horrible,ordered a dress and it was not delivered and im getting ignored,no communication on delays and she does not care,I regret placing an order and wish I went to a reputable store that cares for it's customers,dont waste your time buying from this place,deserves a zero star rating
Im having a second incident where a delivery person refuses to deliver to my door and according to their call centre they aren't allowed to leave their bikes and deliver to your door,then what's the point!!!!!

Mangwanani Birchwood was such a let down,the premises are run down,no gowns and you have to hang your clothes on an old wire hanger,the massage was subpar and the massage the****** doesn't take instructions well,Im in pain from too much pressure,would not recommend,take your money elsewhere
Amazing service from Rose who assisted to change my delivery details and I just received my order the next day,thank you so much for showing dedication to a good customer experience.
The hair was delivered with a bad smell that took a week of washing to get the smell out and it sheds
No matter how many times I complain about bad service it just never improves, I can't even send a whatsapp text without having to reboot now and again, I'm getting tired and just think it's better to look for a better service provider, all the annoyance is really not worth it, ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY!!!
