Alwin has been so efficient and hands on with our travel plans. He has made the process seamless and stress free. He has managed our expectations but has definitely exceeded them with arranging flights on short notice in a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend using him for any travel if you want to be in good hands.
I have a contract with MTN that I was advised was up for an upgrade as of the 3rd of July. I indicated to the salesperson that I was not ready and will be reviewing my finances before making this decision. Nowhere was it indicated that they would suspend my account without warning. I have minutes, airtime, data as well as SMS’s remaining however I am now unable to call, send texts, access the internet etc as they have suspended my service. I have tried calling their customer care line where my call has been dropped multiple times. I have now officially been waiting on the line to talk to them for the past 1hour and I’m still waiting. All this while I am still unable to use my handset.
I have previously had an account with DSTV multi choice that I have attempted to cancel multiple times. On the second attempt, I was assured by the operator that my account was intact cancelled. Shortly after I had transferred ownership of my decoder to my dad and had paid the outstanding balance which shouldn’t have been there in the first place as I had cancelled and was obviously still being billed. Note this was a good 2 years ago. I now get a call 2 years later from debt collectors telling me my DSTV account is overdue and has not been paid. Surely as a result this is now on my credit record?
