Somebody stole my father's phone on the 28th September at Mohlaba cross Tzaneen. On monday my father went to Vodacom to make a sim swap. The guy who stole my father's phone sends my father an sms saying he can pick up that he has done a sim swap. Ok 4 hours ends and then my father's sim card which he had done a swap now works. The following day, my father's sim card was now blocked. As I am writing this, when I call the number the guy who stole the phone answers it. His threatening my father. He has access to my father's information on the sim card and the phone. A case has been reported to the police and we are still waiting. I have questions for vodacom? 1. How did the guy who stole my father's phone, re-activate the sim card without my father? 2. My knowledge of renewing a sim swap is that before you can renew there is security information. How did he by pass that? 3.
I am extremely disgusted by the service at House of Motani at Wynberg. We physically ordered a lounge suit where you can pick your own leather material from the shop. We waited for weeks before it can be delivered in limpopo Tzaneen. When the lounge suit arrived, it was not the right material and colour that we physically choose at the shop and when you sit on it, it is such bad poor quality. when you sit on it is not worth the fifty thousand that was spent on it. We reported the matter after 5 days that we are unhappy with the lounge suit. I even went back to the shop to ask for a sample that was used on the suit and they couldn't provide it and said the material is finished. They are refusing to take it back. when you even send them emails about your complain, they reply after 5 days. They undermine their customers, and this is because they think that the lounge suit is in Tzaneen and we wouldn't pick up if it is the exact colour. Please guys I highly recommend any customer not to go and purchase things at house of Motani.
