Mess at Builders Bloemfontein
A lot of items in store, not marked. If marked, shelf price and till price not corresponding. Cashier not even interested in assisting. A Store with such a lot of floor employee's but either in hiding, leaving it to a few to assist customers. Need a proper manager review!!!

Our utmost thanks and gratitude once again to them, for caring for our two girls for a week. They were happy, perfectly groomed and healthy when we picked them up. Baaad Service!!
Had a very bad experience when tried to return an item bought at Mimosa Mall, in Bloemfontein, Truworths. Not even an attempt was made by the Store Manager to assist me, I did not ask for a return, said I would be more than happy with the same item in a larger size or a voucher that would enable my daughter to spend even more in a Truworths store. Demanded a sick leave certificate from me, had to supply that afore she would consider assisting me. (Since I fell ill after I bought the item, 6 weeks afore) Blank stare and Blank reply awaited me, if this is the face and client service you want to represent your store, please reconsider.

Had a problem with electricity tokens bought, as same token number was issued for 2 invoices, Fabian assisted within minutes to sort this out. Really great service. Do make use of the live chat function of Prepaid 24 to get your assistance, quick and easy.

Looking for Homemade meals, look no further!
Excellent quality food, ready made, convenient, easy to warm up, Homemade dishes. This is no unhealthy fast food, this is REAL homemade food. Nicely packed and portioned for singles as well as families. Keep this in your freezer for those times that you cannot get around to preparing a lunch or dinner. Offers a wide variety and open for input to your own dietary requirements. Check it out man!

Happy Grasshopper!
Excellent service, ordered the grass the previous day, and received it neatly removed and easy to work with sizes, delivered to the needed spot. No hassles, no mess, no broken half pieces. The grass already looked healthy and neat upon packing on prepared surface. Thanks to Denise and her excellent team!!

DNA Slim - Dr Tanya Botha
Also reacted at first on the radio adverti*****t on OFM, but decided to wait, December 2021, I received an SMS promoting an offer. After a short WhatsApp conversation, I paid the R2 500. After an e-mail to Dr Tanya Botha, she responded with a general post on WhatsApp to inform they are out of stock. Since then, no communication or parcels has been forthcoming. This is definitely an organization who saw the vulnerability of overweight people and pounced on it. My opinion is to open a SAPS case and officially report these people. OFM should also be notified as to not allow these people to make use of their advertising services.

Fooled at Virgin Active!!
Should have read the reviews before I walked through their doors. Wanted to inquire about available classes, and had myself talked into a contract, that I do not use, timetable do not fit in with my schedule, cannot get out of, except at more expense to myself. No way to test their facilities offered, if you are not a member you are not allowed through their gates and no complimentary classes offered to test. Not a public friendly company. Their Salesman can tell you what they want, and no action are taken against them if they blatantly lie. Take a hint from a fool, and don't even go there!! Company to big to care about you.
