Worst experience...worst customer service and poor returns...no one should buy anything from them...bought a chair and still struggling to return a 2 weeks...rather do takealot...
My account is frozen then also they are still taking my debit orders. There contact numbers dont go through except once when the lady confirmed that my next DO will be in dec and yet again they took my debit order today. They don't respond to emails/twitter/ phones. Highly unprofessional.
What kind of service is that..why u guys are not returning my money...first u cancelled my online order for no availability after keeping me wait for a month and now its already been more than 45 days since I have been waiting for my refund. Have you invested my money elsewhere and will only return once u make some profit out of it?? ??? Sincere advise - A bunch of useless people are running ur online platform..change them else time will force u to change hard way....BTW RETURN MY MONEY....STOP SCAMMING UR CUSTOMERS
I have been following up for my order for last 1 week but except for one response from ur twitter handle, everybody else keeps mum and now ur twitter handle too! Your customer care emails wont work neither ur call center number! Ridiculous!!! I dont know where is my order and whats happening to the money I paid to you guys! This order has gifts for my family members and now the occasion is already gone! Such an embarassing moment for me! you have literally let me down! Instead of ruining ur customers precious moments why dont you fix ur online shop issues. You guys are big enough to support an overhaul...infact a massive overhaul. Sorry but thatz ur problem. I just want to get away with my this order then never again! You guys are amateur.... Pls pls pls can you look into my order and advise me where u guys think it should be in and what could be done with my order next except ruining it further
This guys are thugs...we online ordered a set of couch which was promised to be a high quality stuff but it started wearing and tearing sooner than we thought...they gave us 5 years warranty but only after 3 months or so the couch cushions etc became so dilapidated that we are now thinking of buying another set. These guys dont respond to calls and they are least bothered about any thing. Dont trust them. They are bunch of useless rookies. Instead gp to some reputed stores. We have already lost our hard earned 7500 rands :(
This is another incident with FnB now. You guys have blocked all my online payments on my credit card without my permission citing possible fraud activities during holiday period. Now all my payments are declining one after another including my holidays payment on AirBnB. Why u want to disturb your customers during holiday period. Instead of troubling ur customers, put proper security in place so that u dont have to block cards etc. Now as usual, none of ur departments know anything abtbit and they all are playing ping pong. Forex says call credit card dptt and when u call there they redirect u to forex again. Its a bank or a joke. Your agents are good for nothing. Its not just me, so many my other friends are also struggling. PLS REOPEN THE LIMITS AND ALLOW US SHOP ETC. MANY OF US GONNA LOOSE THEIR PRE BOOKINGS AND ALL IF YOU DONT REOPEN OUR SHOPPING LIMITS. dont make ur customers life miserable during this time of the year
I am highly frustrated with ebucks program you guys are running. This is my third month following you guys up for this but I am still not earning my ebcuks for my credit card spends and your executives are so incapable of confirming whether I would get my ebucks going forward or not. I was asked in september that I should get my accounts aligned. After doing that, I was assured and asked that I should wait until November to see the results. Now when I check my statement, I still didn't get my ebucks for the oct month. I phoned your call center and the lady advised that my Credit card wasn't linked with ebucks. What the heck??? Why couldn't they tell me then when I was told other stories about account alignments and all??? And now also after linking my credit card she can not confirm if I would earn my ebucks or not going forward. What kind of loyalty program is this where only few customers are benefited and none of your consultants are sure abt how the program works and behave in a hit and trial way??? Simply unacceptable. I have been loosing my ebucks for past 5 years because of your funny rules and now I have lost my ebucks for september and october as well.. Why should I suffer when it was a mistake from your side??? You can easily check my account statement and give me the ebucks I deserve.
