On the 23rd of July 2025 I purchased a 2025 Suzuki Swift I received such bad service. I was told I’ll get the car the following day time went by no communication from them. I contacted them and I was told they will call me back with feedback. They called me at 15:26 saying they busy with smash and grab and roadworthy they then called again at 15:46 saying my car will be delivered only for it to be delivered at 8:30pm!! What made matters worse is the radio that came with car there is no way a 2025 Model can have such a radio. I’m so disappointed by the overall experience
On the 20th Aug 2020, I confirmed my banking details with Sanlam Sky and I was told I will receive the money within 24 hours till to date I haven't received anything, I've been calling but I'm being sent to pillar to post.
Provident fund Claim Good day I'm Mmabatho Mahono I like to lodge a complaint I hope this email will be forwarded to the relevant person I worked for Murray and Roberts we got retrenched my company number On the 25th of Sep 2018 I received a call that they have the wrong ID copy to claim my provident fund money I then immediately send the correct ID copy On the 30th of Oct 2018 I called again to hear the process of my claim I was then given the number of the person who deals with provident Fund claims ( ********** 290) the lady who I spoke to said they have the wrong ID copy I then told her but I did sent it she said "oh I can see it" she then told me that it will be reprocessed I should wait after two weeks to receive a sms about tax After two weeks was the 13th of Nov 2018 I then called again to hear my claim process the number that I was given didn't go through I then called the momentum number ( ********** 474) the person who helped me said there's a note that my claim is at tax process On the 14th of November 2018 I called again through provident fund number that lady was so rude I told her it's been months I sent my correct ID copy she tells me the manager still needs to sign it off for it to go through Sars I'm like this is unfair etc as I'm busy talking she hungs up I've been calling my phone does not go through, her customers services is so disappointing and I'm very unhappy with her, it's almost two full months that I sent the correct copy but still I havent received my money I hope my complaint will be heard and dealt with accordingly M Mahono
