Double booked accomodation
My trip to Cape Town is already a mess with Booking.com. I have booked accommodation, but when I call the owner, it is already booked, even though mine was confirmed. Currently, the accommodations are expensive, yet they said I need to add more money, which I don't have.

King price insurance car warranty
Good Day Be warned. The car warranty covers the cause of the problem, but does not cover the damage it caused. The water pump damaged the cambelt. Guess what, it's not covered.

Cell phone
I register my cell phone claim on the 8th of January 2023 till today they are busy with assessment report. If it takes this long for assessment to be completed, what about the fixing. Imagine not having your phone for so long. Even now my cellphone is not yet returned. Am the one who has to follow up. I called Assesstech they said my cellphone is at Courier Guy, I went there, and my cellphone was not there. Imagine for so long without my cellphone.

car tracking system
I have 3 cars under Netstar, for some reason for my 3rd car they decided to put the wired panic instant of remote. I have been requesting them since MAY 2022 to come and change but they never came. AGAIN their app does delay to update and now when i requested them to cancel the contract for their bad service, they want me to pay cancellation fee for each car.

Audi Car dealership
Am driving A3 Sedan TDI unfortunately the timing belt is broken whereas in just 105 000 km. The technician advise that I can worry about timing belt when the car reaches 120 000 km but to my surprise the car just stopped in the middle of the road yesterday. I thought am driving a reliable car now am pedestrian and expected to pay installment. I have two kids to take to school.

Bad Service
I had one accident the next thing, they said it is two claim which is a roping game. My car spoiler was scratched by small concrete and trying to get out of the concrete, the bumper in front was scratched. Now they said I should have stopped to avoid the front scratch. The question is how do you stop whereas the car is on top of small concrete?
