AVOID this business. It is a ****. They will collect your money and send you a mail about delivery date. There will never be a delivery of your order. When you call to enquire about this, they will block your phone number and stop responding to your mails. I currently have R12,999 with them. All efforts to reach them are unsuccessful. I wish I’d read the previous reviews about them before making payment. PLEASE AVOID THEM. I opened a store account at the Totalsports in Kolonade mall on 15th October 2018. While checking my profile on the TFG website, I discovered that my first name was mis-spelt. Also my email address was mis-spelt. (My email address is my first name and surname ********** My initial registration was done at the store by a staff who collected my ID book and was meant to be copying from it to their computer. She was also clearly told that my email based on my name on the ID book. A second visit to the store on 4th November to have this corrected was like a tug of war. The store manager put the blame on me. She told me that I should have checked the details on the contract before appending my signature. (I was certain I signed a contact with the correct details). She subsequently made a copy of my ID and faxed it to another office. I was told by this store manager that it will be rectified within 48 hours and that I should keep checking at the store. Two weeks later, the mispelt name and email address was yet to be corrected. I visited the store again on 18th October with the contract I signed. I was treated like a nuisance because I requested to have my details corrected. The manager said there was nothing she could do with regards to my first name . She was very dismissive and eventually shoved me to one of her subordinates who made a copy of my ID book, faxed it to another office and put me on phone with a consultant who listened , understood the problem and corrected the name while I was still on phone. The staff at this particular store are obviously poorly trained in customer service . They cannot take responsibility for their errors and lack problem-solving s****s. It is uncertain they understand that clients with store accounts have other jobs other than perambulating their store to correct avoidable mistakes.
