Excellent service and super fast delivery
Preloved Fitgear has impressed me with both their service and speedy delivery. Their range of quality second-hand fitness gear is well curated, and everything arrived in great condition as described. The ordering process was simple and communication was clear from checkout to delivery. My order arrived much faster than expected, which was a great bonus. I appreciate that they make it easy and affordable to shop more sustainably. Not a Legitimate business
Please note that I contacted this business in early January to purchase a Concept 2 rowing machine, They invoiced me and I paid R15k via EFT. They them did not return emails and phone calls. They never delivered the Rowing Machine. This is not a legitimate business.

ITS A ****. Stay away from them. You order and pay via eft. Invoice looks legit. Bank account looks legit. They even send you an sms updating you on delivery status. But your order never arrives. I ordered the Concept 2 rower. They are based in George South Africa. DO NOT USE THEM. Thieving ****mers.

AVOID this business. It is a ****. They will collect your money and send you a mail about delivery date. There will never be a delivery of your order. When you call to enquire about this, they will block your phone number and stop responding to your mails. I currently have R12,999 with them. All efforts to reach them are unsuccessful. I wish I’d read the previous reviews about them before making payment. PLEASE AVOID THEM.
