Please note that I contacted this business in early January to purchase a Concept 2 rowing machine, They invoiced me and I paid R15k via EFT. They them did not return emails and phone calls. They never delivered the Rowing Machine. This is not a legitimate business.

I have been struggling all week to get my line activated correctly. I get pushed between WebAfrica and Vumatel as the issue seems to be a configuration issue between them. The current action is for Vumatel to re-provision the line as there were errors first time. Errors which Vumatel missed (Please see ISP-83078) I have been waiting 2 days for this and no action on the next ticket (ISP-83187). Yesterday I was told it would be provisioned overnight. It wasnt. I call this morning and they claim the call never took place and that it would be completed in 5 days. Can someone please take ownership of resolving this??
my 'pre-configured' router was delivered yesterday and had zero configuration. This morning I held for 30 mins for the support line to be answered. Then the call went for 20 mins THEN they dropped the line and the query was unresolved. I am now waiting again for 20 mins for the call to be answered......this is terrible...... <p>I am travelling overseas tonight and I have just found out I have a credit limit. The limit seems to be R10 more than my monthly bundle. After 20 years as a customer and NEVER missing ANY PAYMENT EVER, WHY do i have a credit limit? WHY does it take your cusotmer care area until next week to sort it out??</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is MTN so shockingly poor at this?? I need this sorted urgently</p>
