Fired earth bad experience

By far the worst paint I have ever used or seen.... Basically water with a little colour, 4 days and 4+ layers later and still see through, Do not buy this brand !!

Very bad service from WesBank

The service from WesBank is very poor , I app**** online for private finance, and immediately I got approved and had to send all my documentation and information to private finance. So to begin with , 1 out of 10 calls will be answered. After sending all the information they need I received a email saying that they have everything they need and I should wait for the Marketer to call or email me. After a few days and alot of calls and waiting to be answered I got through to a lady saying she can see my documentation complete and a Marketer has NOT yet been assigned but I should be patient as it takes 24 hours, now that was on Monday, today I tried again with the same story ,no one answers and I tried calling Head office, they put me through to a department that puts me through to a department that puts me through to the very same department I started at. After countless calls and countless unanswered emails , can anyone please just give me an update .The waiting is one thing but the communication and service is as bad as it gets. All I want is to helped and someone to give me answers. The service wesbank promises and the service I am getting is Worlds apart.

Worst service ever

The worst service ever .... I settled my account balance with Wesbank, so I didn't owe them anything. Yet they debited the normal amount , I called countless times ,P.S there is nothing more difficult than to get a hold of customer service , I finally spoke to someone that logged a refund of the money that they took , that was on Tuesday, it is Friday and nothing yet , I sent so many emails called so many times and there is just no answer. This is by far and away the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Is there anyone that can just simply answer a phone or email and just tell me where is my money that they took. If it was possible to give a zero star rating I would have given it .
