POOR SERVICE - PLACED ORDER IN MARCH, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT
The service is poor, I ordered a Mac Book in March and the item was only delivered to me on the 26th of April, the item was badly damaged I reported that immediately it took them a month to come back and take back the item and till today I have not received a replacement, I send emails i don't get response but they a taking the money from my account this is very upsetting.

TELJOY BILLING ME AFTER 36 MONTHS CONTRACT
I have an account with Teljoy a rent to own account, my concern is that my account was opened in April 2015 and the contract says it is a 36 month rent period then after you take ownership of the appliance but I am still getting billed after this 36 months has passed. I am very very concerned I would like Teljoy to fix this and give me a refund.

DMC to delete their name on my ITC Credit Report/ Profile
DMC 990 has listed my name on ITC, can they please remove my name because I don't remember owing them anything, also are they allowed to list my name there.
