Hellopeter I trust you well. My daughter ( Shareece van Schalkwyk) have problems with her bursary funding for 2yrs now. We've been calling, mailing their debtors department but no luck. We went in to the debtors department and was helped by a lady named Margaret. She was very friendly, understanding and patience. The problem is still not resolve, as they can't pickup where the funds was allocated to. She do keep us, up to date on the progress of the query. I pray and hope it will be resolve sooner than expected. I hope she will also pickup that my daughter do have a credit available to her. Keep up the excellent services!! Hellopeter, I trust you well. On the 11/09/2023, I was purchasing some goods from Edgars (The Glen) branch. They irritate the hell out of me. I forever pickup problems by swiping my Jet card. This is happening since 2020 when changes took place or became part of Edcon. It's insane. I was told that my Jet card is not working after sitting on the phone for +- an hour with their account department (card devision). The ladie said that my card was not active, nor new and I need to go to Jet Store to replace my card. I explained to her that the card is a new card. I've been using the card at their branch before. The next day 12/09/2023, I decided to go to Jet store in The Glen. The guy was very helpful. He told me that my card is active and that it is new. I purchased sweets just to check if, it's working and it was perfect. I went back to Edgars the same time and my card was working. To me it seems like the teller didn't know what she was doing and she told me that she was new. What amazed me more, is that she did asked her senior to help me and she also said that, "I need a new card". If, it wasn't for my daughter, I was never gonna purchase the goods but we took because it was my husband's (dad's) birthday on 13/09. I think it's time for them to catch a wakeup call. Hi, I would like to find out how's an estate work when it's at the masters of the court. Can you appoint an executive? Something doesn't make sense as the a standers bank executive is appointed. This is very stranger as my mother did have a will. How can they pointed an executive from standard bank.
