Pathetic service. No feedback. So much LACK of respect for people. Being sequestrated doesn't mean you are a low-life worthless nothing. They will NOT respond to any e-mail, doesn't matter how many flowers you attach or how low on your knees you go, begging for assistance. They just DON'T care
Would give a 0 rating if I was given the option. I sent 6 boxes of merchandise from Durban to East London on 2 November 2018. It was safely delivered in BLOEMFONTEIN. Not even the same province! I phoned customer service and at the other end of the line was a lady chewing bubble gum and was totally incompetent to attend to my query. I wrote 8 e-mails but NONE was answered. I ended up paying ANOTHER R1700 to a different courier company to collect and deliver correctly. So pathetic that my money can't get my parcels to the correct destination and that my own company is not even worth a response on any query. Skynet - You should change your motto. You don't deliver. Good luck Skynet in keeping your company running.
