Very bad service took them 30 minutes to uplift a suspension a person could die i was transferred from pillar to pillar repetead I.d no more then 10 times lady could get the numbers right gave my membership no was told im not on they system I even got a sms from bonitas to say money was allocated I even got a email but still to everything was suspended.
Very bad service from vodacom i called the call center last week to debit my account witch they failed i went on the social media platform for help on Instagram to ask for help and assistance they tried to debit my account and failed they instructed me to pay form vodapay app witch I did now after making the payment they debit my account I had the decency of calling I had to chase my own payment and get help I've been a customer over a decade not once my debit order did bounce and this is the outcome I get i want my refund please
Bad service once again not the the 1st time I'm complaining called them thrice no answer used the app as well no response 😕🙄 they service is really bad I only choose mweb because they were cheaper then my previous provider witch was vodacom and never did I ever had bad service like this
Vodacom fibre is a joke 😃 I canceled my line last year I have not been billed for the past year I don't even stay at the place where the line is active all of a sudden i get a bill I report it as ***** because I'm.not sure who opened the account under my name I report the manner they say I'm liable to pay for month cancelation best news ever loyal customer reports it and now his liable to pay for something he never use.
Please cancel my month to month you guys service is so bad for a new client to go thrw this been on the phone over a hour pass 3 days with no help even if you log a query no reply worst service ever .
Very bad service from Leandra property and this is the owner of the company its been a year now since I told her that where I park my vehicle by the carport is sinking in and damaging my vehicle every time I have to call and find out what's happening till now no feed back very bad service with no communication
******* service it's been over a month to process a claim to be paid back to me submitted invoice every time you call it will take 3 to 5 days for payment to be paid been from pillar to pillar really bad service .
Please don't ever take a Fibre contract out with vodacom I've been pillar to.pillar 1st I was told I miss a debit order then I was told they billing me for Fibre upgrade witch I was not informed about then im billed for something that I can not afford and was told it's not vodacom is vumatel but my contract is with vodacom how can u bill a customer with out notifying them if they can afford it and still say if u can't pay it its not vodacom problem really bad service from the Fibre department

No one at the till to serve customer I even shouted hello loud so the lady could hear me just ignored me and carried on talking
