Received a call and when and after agent explained what call was about, i declined and said I am not interested. Immediately I get call back and offered again, I decline again saying I am not interested. A third and fourth time they call back. This time I am allowed to be irate but still, without being rude say I am not interested in their services. This is is pure harassment.
Was looking for a part for my car which was hard to find. Was skeptical when finding the shop online as reviews were 5 stars and warnings of ****s. I was desperate so took the chance as no complaints of items not arriving or money lost. Service was quick and even delivery was faster than expected. Part itself works perfectly
Extremely frustrated. After applying for a contract and then being declined I was assisted to have it rectified. All well and good. After having to call in myself several times to find out the progress, I get told the phone is out of stock. The consultant tells me she will inform me as soon as they get it. Fast forward a week and now I'm just waiting for her to let me know. Here I get an SMS asking if I am still interetested in the deal. I call in and get told, by the same consultant, that the deal I applied for is out. She offers me choices that don't even compare to it. Was even told that this offer is better, yet I get offered a phone that's worth less than half the original phone in this case an R11000 Nokia 8 sirocco vs a R5300 Nokia 7 Plus. Through my frustration a just end up saying yes to it. And guess what.... Declined again!!! This time I get told it won't be sorted in this week and no specific time frame can be given. Is this how you treat existing loyal customers?
So I was applying for a vodacom Friday deal. In the e-mail confirming my application it said to wait 24hours if no one calls me. I called in after the wait and was told application was declined. She tried again and was declined again. It stated I was declined due to a missed payment on an existing ontract. This missed payment was in no part my fault as my banking details were captured incorrectly on their side. Also, they initially billed me for two lines when, the other being a wrong number. I had that rectified after many calls. But now my status is negatively impacted by their mistakes. Not to mention the decline showing on my ITC record now. This is completely unacceptable, as this should have been fixed when the errors were brought to light.
