Good day. I need assistance. My husband upgraded cell phone contract last year with Intellicell. Everything went smooth untill November 2021 when the debit order just didn't go through. They do not want to assist us, just keep on saying the bank is at fault and the bank says there is no issue on their side. Long story short phone again didn't go through and got blocked again. We want to get out of this contract. The people are really rude and do not give assistance at all. Please help. What can we do?
