The call center is an utter waste of time
The call center is an utter waste of time. you hold on the line for more than 30 minutes and still get no feedback. i have tried sending an email to customer service and still no reply 3 days later. Old mutual is only interested in gaining clients and then not servicing those clients will never recommend old mutual.

Nedbank the bank of incompetence
Nedbank has a bunch of incompetent people working for them, for 1 the allow someone to open a credit card on my name. I now try to ask them to assist me with a letter to confirm they have resolved this issue and yet again more incompetence. their fraud depart is useless in my opinion. i will never recommend or useless Nedbank ever. useless institution.

Useless Telkom Sales team again
I have ordered Vumatell fibre through Telkom. Since the 3 of November I have been waiting for the line to be activated. everyday I have phoning in to the sale department (10213) and been told it will be activated within 24 hours and yet nothing. The sales team is completely useless. I have now requested for my order to be cancelled and I have received no help whats so ever. I will never purchase any Telkom products again and never will I recommend them.
