Probably the worst service in my life Constant errors,unhelpful and unprofessional I experienced theft from my vehicle....communication problems and negligent service

I bought meaty bones for R10 at Spar Queens corner on ***2,when i arrived homr, my wife said it had a bad smell and rinsed it off,. She then put it on the stove with water and vinegar to get the smell out but it did not help. I decided to take it back. Spoke to Eric and he took ne to the butcher to speak to Francoise. They smelled the meat and denied that theres anything wrong with it.. They decided to just give my R10 back and thats it. They could have made us sick... They did nit consider the inconvenience at all. I bought another bag of meaty bones at fruit and veg East lynne, and there was no smell at all. We made our soup with no issues
Policy number: ********** 68 contact person at budget is: ********** We bought a house this year and moved in in August 2018 we took out a house insurance immediately when we moved in. they said we are covered as soon as the first premium deducts. On 13 October there was a severe hail, thunder and lightening storm. It happened over the course of the weekend. When we woke up ,we found that our gate motor did not work, and that our lapa fell down due to the strong winds. the insurance now refuse to pay for the claim after the consulted included the lapa as an adittional cover. we requested the call to prove that we are covered and they refuse to give the evidence. we have been battling since 13 October till now. The first assesor was very rude and not interested. they have been ignoring us now. can you please assist.
i took my vehicle to Por mechanics for a door lock replacement. when i went to fetch my vehicle, the car had a bad vibration which they said was the engine mounting. this was totally unrelated to what i took my car for. they denied everything and i was so upset i left the vehicle and told them to fix what they broke. the car stayed there for another 3 weeks and they never attended to my car. after three weeks i decided to go fetch my vehicle and i discovered more damage. they fiddled with my engine covers, changed my gear knob, damaged engine rubbers and wheel arch cover. i complained with the RMI, and they are not serious at all. you have to beg these people to do their work.
