Repairs done by Silver Lakes AC, N4 Gateway, whilst I was overseas The staff, Gertjie and Rudi ,were very helpful; they communicated with me re the status of the repairs whilst I was away and the vehicle was all ready for my collection on the promised date. The repair quality looks very good and their 2 year guarantee on their workmanship was a unexpected welcome addition
Agree with slow LTE-A network probs; I reported this to MWeb some 15 days ago with a spreadsheet showing that more than 50% of the 145 speed tests I've done over the last 12m in Pta East/Equestria showed a download speed of less than 5Mbps with many in the 0.57 (yes 0.57) to 1.8 Mbps range and have just had a MWeb response telling me that 'Rain said problem is tower congestion and they have no plan to improve it'. MWeb consultant refused to give me any Rain contact details as they had to deal with all queries but could only offer fibre as a possible resolution!! Maybe Rain closed out further applications for fixed LTE-A as first step to phase out fixed and push to clients to mobile but I think it shows a pathetic attitude to customer service - they should learn from DSTV who has previously shown a similar attitude to complaints about service, reruns, etc and are now paying the price - what goes around, comes around, Mr Roos.
