All shoes are ****. I paid R1900 for ****s. They say they state that on their page, but it is hidden in the T&C's. A refund cost 30%. Service and communication is shocking. I know have to lodge a complaint with the police and a reversal with the bank to get my money back.
Worst shopping experience of my life - tried to exchange a present bought on the 2/7 - three different shops - no idea on customer service - had to resort to screaming like a lunatic in their sandton branch to get things done . Pay in R509 on a bike - then they tell me Someone has thrown the box away. Took the bike anyway as I will never step into a toy kingdom again. Why do you feel a need to treat customers who are returning stuff like we have done something wrong. Bunch of ****ers
Shocking experience, item wasn't in stock ( they tell you later and in small print ), and then doesn't arrive, then they want me to pay additional duties.. For a R200 item ???
