Thank you Nick for assisting me with the item I ordered. Due to Covid getting the item has been a nightmare but Nick assisted me throughout the process. I really appreciate how we managed to come to an understanding and sort this out.

Shocking experience. I ordered an item online. Due to the Pandemic it was delayed. I went to the post office more than 10x to receive my item which I have yet to receive. As a result the item was shipped back to China. HOWEVER, Nick Louskas from Racer Gadgets, claims it is MY FAULT AND PROBLEM as he cannot track it. The post office showed me it has been returned. Since then I have been shrugged off and ignored. I have to wait for my supposed refund (75% of the original price) due to their lack of client-centric service and more business etiquette. I find this unacceptable... Hopefully I will receive an email now.

The item I ordered could not be supplied, probably due to Covid-19 related shipping issues. I was contacted quickly and fully refunded within a day. Disappointed that I could not get the item, but no complaints about the service.

I bought tubes from @nick 4 months ago, I asked for an exchange, however the stock was in Kimberly, so I have to give him the new specs and I paid around R12 000 for the new items as per the client specs that I shared with him. Client returned the stock saying that its still not inline with the specs he shared with us( Nick and myself), I asked nick for a refund, he told me that he charges 35 % for all his returns mind you I had a voucher of 10 percent that I could not use from his onlineshop and he refused to credit me with the voucher that was just above R1000. Right now he is refusing to give me refund, telling that hes going to keep my money for the next purchase, I asked him what next purchase, I only wanted to purchase the centrifuges not him to hold me hostage to buy other stock from him

Racer Gadgets went above and beyond my expectation! Nick personally took it to the next level, after a 2 week long search for reliability in SA for online ordering I called on Racer Gadgets to assist with a specific request. The willingness to locate and supply was amazing. The updating and my follow up's was handled professionally, personally and with friendliness throughout. 10 days and I had it! (from CHINA I add) Thank you, I WILL be back and recommend to all my mates.
