Shocking experience.
I ordered an item online. Due to the Pandemic it was delayed. I went to the post office more than 10x to receive my item which I have yet to receive.
As a result the item was shipped back to China. HOWEVER, Nick Louskas from Racer Gadgets, claims it is MY FAULT AND PROBLEM as he cannot track it. The post office showed me it has been returned.
Since then I have been shrugged off and ignored. I have to wait for my supposed refund (75% of the original price) due to their lack of client-centric service and more business etiquette.
I find this unacceptable... Hopefully I will receive an email now.
