Having had a son a go to Healing Wings Youth Centre, I am impressed with the place. My son did really well for the first few months. During visits he told me about what and how their process works in great detail. Sadly he did not stick to the program and eventually got expelled. I can not blame the center in any way for expelling him, as I have dealt with his behaviour myself before. During his multiple disciplinary processes I was kept in the loop and often consulted. My overall experience as parent/guardian was good and I was impressed with what they do. I can recommend the center for anyone who wants to turn their life around.
I have a long standing existing policy with this company. It covers multiple properties. More than a month ago i requested a new property to be added and existing property details to be amended. The new property has successfully been added. The amendments to existing properties have not. Since then I have record of me following up and re-requesting these amendments at least 9 times, either by email or phone. Every time a different person handles the request, so I have to effectively start the process from the beginning. There seems to be no thread on their system of my requests. This is serious call centre service and systems failure. As I write, I have been waiting to speak to a call centre supervisor in a hope to get this done. I have been waiting on the line for more than 17 minutes and giving up now. ABSA is close to losing my business.
BWD Roofing and Waterproofing did a roof repair for me a few months ago. I noticed a strange reaction on a portion of the roof and called them. They reacted quick and with good communication and redid the job in full, no hassles, no drama. This is the kind of after sales service that one wants, but rarely gets these days.

I accidently made a mistake with my online order and only realized after payment was processed. Their support was quick and fantastic and they helped me to sort it out in no time. Impressive!
After being able to pay my UIF contributions from the UIF website, some time ago the website refused to allow me to pay, citing some issue with my bank account. Multiple attempts by calling their call centre and emailing them, have not resulted in the matter being resolved. In this process, I have never been contacted by them in order to help resolve the issue. One would think they would be keen to help me to pay them.
The item I ordered could not be supplied, probably due to Covid-19 related shipping issues. I was contacted quickly and fully refunded within a day. Disappointed that I could not get the item, but no complaints about the service.
