I previously ordered from this Company with no problems within a day or two of payment i received a waybill. On their Website they state available stock is dispatched within 1-2 days from receipt of payment. The owner Marizane confirmed availability of Perfumes, i placed an Order she confirmed receipt of payment on 4th of April 2025, today is the 14th and i have not received a waybill even after i asked her numerous times for it and she promised she will send it to me. I placed another Order with her it was paid for on the 5th of April she said she received on the 8th of April 2025. yet again i asked her for my waybills as it is stock available not back ordered or semi available it was a sale she was running. today the 14th of April no waybill after she also promised last week the supplier is sending her the waybills on Friday. I demanded my money back as i am the one with egg on my face with my clients and she gave me a story of she does not have the money she paid it over to her supplier. i then told her i want my waybills i have asked her the whole weekend for my waybills including today and she is not responding. I was intend to a massive order with her. But with business like this I am sorry she will not get my order i cannot risk losing more money as i have now already lost just over R3000.00 with her. The excuse of blaming the Supplier is also not good enough for me. I know how a business works. My business is all about good service but now my service delivery has to take a knock due to untruthfulness. Not even a whatsapp to say there is a problem or delay. With my second order with her one perfume was just left out the box. When i queried she said she will send it again. The box i received was still securely closed and there was no space for any more perfumes so it was definitely not the Courier who took it.
I took out the June special for a dsl line with Telkom in the end of May as we are working from home. my contract was approved and a technician was sent to my house to install the dsl. however the technician could not pull the line as the one pole was loose in my neighbours yard and said that he will log a complaint for them to come fix the pole so the necessary can be done. It is three weeks later and NOTHING has been done about this numerous calls to Telkom and I get put through from one end to the next no one can give a reference number and the call centre want the technicians telephone number from me. Surely Telkom sent him to my house you as Telkom should have his phone number. This is unacceptable service Telkom I want this issue sorted out immediately as you cannot let a customer be left in abeyance. Seems because staff are working from home during lockdown everything is just left aside. I need this pole sorted out and I need the dsl connected. If I do not get a response I am going to the National Regulator as well as the Icasa where I will report Telkom for their poor service.
