What a horrible service bank. 1. They lock your account one day, randomly. 2. For you to unlock your account, you need to send an email and request their useless chatbot to connect you with a human and that can take WEEKS 3. They don't care about customer satisfaction 4. This was still not resolved and I can't use my account
Vodacom worst service at this point. I ported to Vodacom on the 3rd March, its been 10 days with no success. Port was successful but the 'Back office' didn't complete the port and no incoming messages and phone calls. Still no feedback, the worst part everytime you phone customer care a new ticket is logged that will be resolved in 72 hours, so the more you follow up the longer your ticket is dragging. Should have never ported to Vodacom with this service.
I am posting this so people will be aware of Vodacom's service levels. You are the worst!!! I have to pay for a contract that wasnt cancelled when I email and phoned!!! I have been struggling for the past 6 months to get the done. I even stop paying!!! I never used this number as it was free on my initial contract, so ever month you expect me to pay for a service I cancelled and dont use.
After all the bad reviews that were posted on Benna Bok, I still order on Black Friday. I made my payment sameday I ordered, my order status reflects as "CANCELED" I cannot reseach any one from Benna Bok to clear this issue????
