DISHONEST BUSINESS!!!
Decanted oil in January 2024. Took one of our drums with lids and did not return it. Called to find out where the drum is to be told he closed down Johannesburg branch. No money paid for the oil either - so just be careful of this person.

LONG STANDING ADVERTISING SCAMMERS
In 2017 we had an issue with this company who are STILL scamming businesses out of hard earned money for advertising. We did not enter into any agreement with them but they kept on sending us invoices and later letters of demand. Lately, they claim to be calling from ITC which is total rubbish! They work from a little house in Phoenix, KZN. The "ITC" Section in one of the rooms and the "Sales" staff in another room. Please DO NOT trust them, they are scammers of note and have cost us attorney fees to get them off our back, but seemingly they are trying their luck again.

Sage Outage
Am trying to understand how such a large concern with probably the best IT personnel cannot figure out what the problem is - it surely cannot take this long.? Or do they actually know what the problem is, but not willing to be transparent? Get it sorted asap Sage!! No Service delivery, No new subscriptions.

SCAM STOKVEL BUSINESS
Actually ZERO rating. This company has taken R380 per month from a pensioner to serve as a stokvel whereby they shall deliver R4500 worth of groceries to her in Daveyton by the first week of December. To date nothing has been received and she is destitute having to buy food for her family let alone new clothing for the children. I tried contacting them on their telephone line, 0871350113 which seemingly has been cancelled. Their whatsapp number, 0815500060, does work as they read my message but no response unfortunately. It is disgusting that some people can exploit others who are starving whilst they are fat cats and don't give two hoots about their neighbours and fellow citizens. They should be very careful because karma shall happen soon!!!

SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE
We ordered 3 items on 13 October, 2/3 were delivered. To try and receive the third one is becoming a serious challenge - they have our money, we have no delivery. The service is shocking - no one with a name gets back to one. E-mails are sometimes replied to by an auto message, so really dont believe doing business with this company shall happen again, ever. The "hot line" telephone number is answered electronically then after the using the prompts one is cut off. Am at my wits end now :( :( :( Our customer thinks it's OUR service which is shocking for non-delivery - cannot believe that companies can work this way and get away with it!!!

South African Institute of Management - not accredited
They will accept your hard earned monies and let you write examinations through them, claiming to be an accredited institution who will provide accredited certificates and diplomas. A good R20k later and all subjects written, bogus marks sent on e-mail without a name, ID number or student number. NOT accredited with the Dept of Higher Education, so their claimed diplomas mean ZERO!

Think twice about using this institution
They are great to accept your money and send books to study. Problem is they are not accredited by the Dept of Education, therefore all examinations are actually null and void! Post paying and studying for three years, my daughter still only has a useless matric certificate. Sad but our education system in this country is gone forever.
