So a trusted friend referred Forsa to me, praising that she got the best service there. I then took our car that had mixed oil and water and affected the engine. At first I called to ask how much I would be charged for diagnostics. Jacques said I shouldn't worry about thay they wouldn't charge me anything to see what the problem is but they need to strip the engine, which I was aware of. First it took them a week to touch my car and this is after I called multiple times to ask what the status is and explained that I needed to know what was needed of me before they could do anything as I was low on cash. He told me not to worry. About two weeks later, I am told they need to replace the engine. I explained to him that the car already cost me a lot so my money is not enough we can arrange for repairs later. Only then I verbally get told I need to pay R3500 for stripping. Without complaints I do so, asking to pay R500 within two weeks as I only had R3k at the moment. As promised I pay timeously. When we fetched the car, it was a mess, it smelled and they left it outside, unlocked with the keys inside. Nobody met our tow guy to ensure that the car was returned safely. Upon arrival, the car had no battery. When I asked, "oh it's here in the charger". So we asked then to return it. Months passed until the battery died. Then Jacques offered to give me a little cash for a s**** battery that will probably last 2 months. I accepted as receiving a dead battery was worse and thought I could jusy supplement to get a new battery. I was last told to send my account details. Haven't been reimbursed till date and when I call or whatsapp I get blue ticked or the line is busy which I suspect they might've blocked my numbers. I am even wondering if I got treated this way because I am black. I have been polite and civil this entire time but a line has to be drawn. Poor poor customer service.
I just want to say, if Gijima wants to retain clients it better be careful of people such as Kerry Brooks. This woman has no regard for other people, no respect and no dignity. She violates and harrasses clients' candidates.
Wonga is messing up my credit score! I took a loan of R1000 early December 2018, for it to be diluted on the 19th of the same month. I was notified via SMS that it would be debited but it was not. On the 27th I got an SMS saying my account had been handed over to Blake collectors I made the necessary phone calls and arranged to pay via EFT on the 28th which I did. Went to check on my Wonga account but the balance was still not cleared. I wrote e-mails both to Wonga and Blake to complain about this and only nn the 31st of December did I recieved an e-mail from Wonga saying the money took three days to reflect so they apologise. The Blake team also said they would forward my proof of payment to Wonga. Five days ago I recieve an e-mail from Serisha from Blake saying I need to send the proof of payment. I did that and she did not reply to my e-mail. This morning I receive another e-mail from Wonga saying I need to make paying arrangement since they tried to debit my account again for the money I owe. WHAT money????! The wings account also hasn't been cleared this is nonsense and I am tired of it!
I placed an order for a laptop (contract) over a week ago, got billed for the remainder of the month as of when the order was placed but still have not recieved my device and sales keeps on giving me numbers that are not in service....I cannot even trace my order and I have already been billed. This is really frustrating.
