I just received my order placed with Mr delivery and I am terribly upset as this is not the first time this has happened. We ordered 2 pitas, a peritatoe, a quarter chicken, chips and a roll. The quarter chicken and roll was not in the delivery. Why don't you guys check the damn orders properly before letting it go out??? Why do you have people assigned to check and pack the orders if it doesn't get done? There are many people out there looking for jobs so rather hire a more competent person please. It's now 8pm and my daughter has not yet eaten due to your lack of fulfilling one simple task. Nandos Phoenix is a true disappointment from years ago, service delivery really has changed drastically, when will you get it right?
My daughter's 16th Birthday party turned out to be a complete fairytale, Isaac co-ordinated my event and it was beyond my imagination. I was so nervous about the event as we discussed with Isaac what we wanted and he kept asking us to trust him and what he will do for us, in this day and age it is very difficult to actually trust someone when they say that to you, however from the moment I entered the hall on the function day I was blown away at how wonderful it all turned out. The decor, the lighting, the seating arrangements, the FOOD, everything was amazing. From the start to the finish and even till now I have guests complimenting me on what a wonderful function this was and how absolutely delicious the food and desserts were. Isaac and his team were on the ball at all times during the function, I did not have to concern myself with the needs of the guests as they were being met by Isaac and his team, there was no shortage of anything, in fact there was plenty left even after the function. This was an amazing event and I will forever utilize the services of The Wedding Planner for all my future events. Thank you Isaac and team for your outstanding service, which is hard to come by nowadays.
I have been seated the First national bank Cornubia for 35 minutes now,I asked to see the bank manager 15 minutes ago and still have not seen him or her. I'm here because my cheque account card expired in November and much to my embarrassment the card declined a transaction at a POS on 1 December. I was unaware of the card expiring as we all get busy and who takes time to notice that your card is expiring. First national sells you product and says that they efficient,I did not even get an sms or email reminding me of my card expiring,where is the efficiency in that? It's now 40minutes and I'm still waiting.Service at FNB Cornubia sucks,one consultant,yet there are 4 spaces available for consultants and still no sign of the bank manager....
