KCS ISP. I have never in my life as a consumer of various services struggled this much with any service provider as i do with KCS. I have been complaining about my internet service for the past couple of months and it just costs me more and more money every time. As i continuesly have to put down a thousand rand for them to shift my satelite dish as on their side it shows that my internet speed is fine. I am currently paying for an 8 Meg line at KCS and i can bareley load facebook pictures in the newsfeed. There is only two of us on this line and thats the scary part. My last mail to KCS to wich i never got a response or a phone call as i requested in brackets below. "Hi Monique , I hope you are well ? Is the wifi issue sorted as of yet? I am back online but the wifi is still very slow and limited! So i keep finding myself paying for your services and also paying my service provider twice as much as i am paying for my services at KCS. My facebook does not load the photos on my newsfeed at all thats how slow ... This is most definite not normal and i do not know what to do anymore ... this is now a monthly problem and i am tired of paying a R1000.00 every other month for KCS to come and shift my dish. I am a loyal paying customer and expect to receive the services i am paying for as such. If this is not resolved ASAP i will send KCS ISP my bill for the data usage and believe me this is quite a substantial amount. I do not see how after i lodge multiple complaints that not a single one of your staff members or managers are made aware and can not just take 5 minutes to phone me to enquire if my problem has been resolved to my satisfaction or not!? This would be my last mail of complaint directly to your company , if this complaint is not resloved in a timeously fashion i will take matter further. Regards Gabriel" Like i mentioned before this was not my first complaint and i do have email proof of every single complaint that i have lodged directly to someone at KCS ISP. Yet no one is getting back to me! But i receive my monthly bill on time like clock work every month. I hope that KCS ISP gets back to me as they have not done that in months. It is now January , i am not getting any joy and i have to purchase data constantly. What is going on KCS ??

Good evening Ladies and Gentleman , I would like to write a review about the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a 5 Star establishment. The subject for today's complaint , The Orange Reastuarant in Nelspruit. My friend and i decided to go out and have a few ****tails , before she leaves the barman where we were seated (very friendly and helpful for the most part) asked if he could get us another round and i informed him (Muzi) that as soon as my friend leaves i will order food as take away and another drink while i wait! At around 8 PM my friend decides to leave and about 10 minutes after i decided to leave as no one is giving me service. I take my things and go to the reception area to ask for my bill , as i get there the Manager on duty and another waitress is standing there watching a video clip on an I-Phone. I then wait for them to finish and ask for my bill , and also complained about the service. I was the told by the manager ("Heather" "to pay my bill and **** off") I outraged at the way i was spoken to as a customer then asked the manager to step outside with me for a brief moment as to not cause a scene within the restaurant. When we are outside i tell her to stop her personal vandetta as when i walk through those doors i am a customer , And expect service as such . At which she tells me that she has the right to reserve admission and that i should never come back. Which is more than fine at that point as i would never go there again and i will most definite urge everyone i know not to go there aswell ! She then walked away and informed another waitress to get "rid of me or she will fire her" At that stage it was done , funny how a pleasant establishment has such rude staff and the fact that this is an ongoing problem i am sure as this is not the first time i hear a complaint about the manager! I am speecless as to the horific experience that i have had and will apreciate the owner herself getting back to me. It must be true that one rotten apple turns the whole basket!
