Not resolve the issue and not responding
Logged a call regarding *****ulently deducted money in my account and until now they are still investigating
Bad experience, no response to my calls
I have several reference numbers for ***** reported and Standardbank does not do anything about it. The ombudsman told Standardbank to pay back my money but they refuse. What more can one do I can see that this media is not scared them

Bad service provider, they will not make payment for your claims, so my advise is never take any insurance cover with them. They *****ulently deducted money in my account
