ABSOLUTELY DISMAL and PATHETIC service on GAP cover claim. If you are looking for a company with excellence then you definitely DON'T want to use Zestlife. It's been 18 working days since we have submitted all our documents and to this date we are still awaiting for A simple claim for our Gynecologist and Paed's fees. Imagine this being an ordinary claim that 1000's of people go through I'm sure they should have a better and more streamlined process for quicker service delivery on this but instead we are still waiting mind you with feedback only being given when we contact them. This claim is apparently still with the reviewer.Their turn around time is 10 to 14 days and yet it is still with the reviewer and we asked to still wait after waiting 18 business days already. Rather look for other options as Zestlife should never be a choice. They will just leave you out of pocket but still debit your account religiously on a monthly basis for clearly a service that CANNOT provide.
I am 9 months pregnant and I purchased a dress from Pick n Pay clothing in Greenstone mall, they did not have my size so i took the dress there and they asked me to go to pick n pay meadowdale which i did and upon arrival they did not have size L in the dress they only had one which was damaged and didn't want to sell it. Meadowdale then referred me to eastgate mall where they have a bigger stock. I then called Pick n Pay Karaglen being closer for me to travel in my current situation. I asked if they could please courier the dress for me from Eastgate mall to here for me to collect and they refused. This is such poor customer service as the staff at the stores are so unhelpful and don't care that they send customers who is heavily pregnant around the show like a treasure hunt. Pathetic and disgusting service from unhelpful staff at all three stores.
Absolutely pathetic and useless customer service. My Dishwasher is brand new and only used for 4 months before it broke, i logged the warranty online and was awaiting confirmation that the warranty has been logged successfully. After calling the call centre and being advised that i will be contacted by a consultant and yet nothing. Eventually i decided to log my fault anyway only to hear back that i now have to pay for the part because its passed 6 months!!! I am still waiting for these useless excuse for a company to get back to me for a part in their product which is taking them over a month to source. Im actually so fed and hope that i review today will encourage and help people not invest their hard earned money on cheap products that do not last!!!! R6000 DOWN THE DRAIN NOT EVEN A YEAR AND NO SERVICE!!!!! APPALLING, PATHETIC AND CHEAP PARTS!! I definitely DO NOT Recommend Hisense products (also have a problematic tv - the only 2 products in our home thats Hisense and both are useless) to anyone. Piece of **** with ****py people that are employed to provide assistance.
Poor and pathethic not to mention disgusting service from the enquiries centre! After paying our electricity bill, and "not detecting it on their side" our electricity was disconnected without warning and upon stopping the technician Isaac and informing him that the bill was paid and proof was being sent as we speak he still refused to connect us again and left saying he will be an hour as he is in the area !!!!!! But alas he has not been back and neither can they send someone to reconnect us now even though proof of payment has been sent!!!! This is unacceptable from the municipality , in the meantime all our frozen foods will be perishing and we have no electricity to prepare a meal !!! Absolutely disgusted !!!!
