GORGEOUS FURNITURE IS A SCAM
Gorgeous furniture is a scam . They should us a lounge suite they didn't have in their store when we canceled the deal The same day they wanted to penalize us 15% . Imagine being penalized that percentage for the wrongful adverti*****t by this scammers. When I told then as stipulated in the NCR they suppose to refund me fully they bluntly told me they don't adhere to NCR they have their own rules and regulations. I have referred this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman I am not going to let this company scam me .

Iwyze not an insurance to be trusted in times of needs
I had a break in October lost the goods to the value of R53000 made a claim at Iwyze an assesor was sent to my place to interview me and make an inventory of my assets. He found that my assets were underinsured therefore Iwyze was prepared to pay me the sum of R7300. I then refused this settlement based on the following 1 When I took this policy I told their consultant I want their highest premium of which she advised that the one I took was their best I requested a recording of our conversation up until today I have not yet received it. 2 it surprises me when I took the cover an assesor was not sent to my place to assess as to whether are my assets worth what they are insured for why send an assesor when damage has been done??? I took this house hold content Insurance so that I could have a peace of mind when needed but it seems trusting Iwyze to give me peace of mind was my worst decision ever I regret taking a policy with them and wouldn't advise anyone to do the mistake I did
