If you have Active Telkom device insurance for your phone, please consider seeking alternative insurance. I have a pending claim that was approved in December, but I have not received any assistance. I have been unable to resolve the issue and have not received any feedback on the complaint I lodged. I received a replacement phone from Telkom insurance, which was sent by JCell Bar. I am experiencing an error when attempting to set up a new iCloud account because I received a pre-owned phone. They have been attempting to convince me that the iPhone is new while I receive the error code: ‘This phone has been used to create too my new Apple Accounts.’ I have been using my own airtime to follow up on the matter since day one and have been told that the issue has been escalated to their source supplier to provide a resolution. Telkom appears to prioritise debiting our accounts over providing good customer service.
Am so disappointed on my claim process 301237698. I was involved in a car accident on the 22 February 2025 and I immediately called my Broker to report the accident. It took 3 hours for a Towing truck to come . My vehicle was took to nearest storage in Vaal. I received a call on Monday the 24th Feb from my Broker asking me where do I want my car to be repaired, I requested for my car to be send my choice repair Vl**m Repair Centre in Newcastle but I was told that unfortunately they can’t send my vehicle there as the have a good relationship with the chosen Repair Centre A***o Te*h.I request for my vehicle to be released and transfer it to the Repair Centre of my choice due to Unpleasant Incident that happened at chosen Repair Centre.My car is not safe with chosen repair centre!!! and I don’t understand what it is so difficult releasing my car to another Repair centre as I requested and Authorisation was Granted to another Repair centre to conduct Assessment!!! I want my vehicle to be move ASAP because now external parties involved which I don’t have any agreement with them! They are now telling me about a component that was not quoted on the quote that was send to Santam for Authorisation after Assessment was conducted.I need Santam to transfer my car Please.Thanks

I bought an item online on the 28 of May 2024, Online order #MAK6806698. I contacted their call centre after 7 days to find out what is happening with my order, I was told that they will follow up and get back to me within 24 hrs for feedback. I waited no one communicated with me,I then called them again they told me that my order was cancelled after waiting for 10 days!!!.I was told that they will process a refund and I should wait 14 days!! This is not acceptable at all how come should I wait for such a long time to get a refund!! I need my money back!! You are quick to call clients if they missed payments but you can’t do the same with refund process. Order online at your own risk!!!! This business doesn’t care about customers!!!!
I have place an online order 1240186053 for R5500 on the 10th April and canceled via customer care after receiving an email that my order will be delayed . Till this day am still waiting for my refund as they promised that funds will be returned back into my account within 3-5 working days. I want my money ASAP I can’t wait any longer!!!

I HAVE PLACED AN ONLINE ON THE 4TH DECEMBER ,NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE STORE.I CALLED ONLINE SUPPORT AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE DONT HAVE STOCK SO THEY CANT DELIVER MY ORDER BUT THE ACCEPTED MY ORDER KNOWING VERYWELL THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE GOODS!!! I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND GUESS WHAT,I WAS TOLD THAT THE REFUND WOULD TAKE 7 WORKING DAYS ON TOP OFF THE 2 WEEKS WAIT DUE TO NO STOCK !!! I WANT MY REFUND ASAP,I CANT WAIT FOR 7 DAYS!!
I bought Journey Xpress online in August and when I cleaned the shoe after wearing it twice with Plush Suede Renew the colours fade away. I went to Bantu at Westgate on the 21st September and they referred me to Newtown Junction, when I get there one of the consultants accepted my sneakers and advised that the colour will be restored and they did received some complaints from other clients about the shoe colour fading away because the orders where included in the 1st batch of production. I collect the shoe on the 1st of October and what surprise me is that my shoe was painted, that changed the original texture of the shoe from being suede of which I was not happy about.I wear the shoe on the 2nd October but the painting that was done was peeling off that makes the shoe looks fake,wording slogans was not visible at all and that makes the shoe fake like the one from small street in Joburg. I went to Newtown again on the 4th October to show them how does the shoe looks like.Consultants advised me that the only way to restore colour is to paint the shoe of which that not what I want because if I was looking for a painted fake shoe I was gonna buy it from the 1st place at small street then waisting my money to buy an expensive shoe that will be painted and destroyed the quality of the shoe.Your consultants advised me to log a request via email as they don’t deal with complaints from their side as the shoes was bought online, so online Team needs to provide feedback to resolve the issues am experiencing.i love the sneakers but I won’t want them to be painted!!
