Good day. I have logged a fraudulent case with FNB in December. I’ve been told that the investigator will be in contact with me within a week. Account for the other person involved was blocked due to investigation. I called back several times to the fraud division even got the investigator’s number. His number does not even ring. It’s now end of Jan and still haven’t heard anything. Still calling no answers. This service is not acceptable. FNB fraud department should be following up with people that log the fraudulent case. Not the client having to call in constantly as I have been told. I still haven’t been refunded even though the other person’s account is blocked. This person has stolen from multiple people already. Investigations in this regard should be followed up with people that has deposited money into these accounts

I was told via email that I could have this puppy for R4000. I then asked her how much transport would be to get it to my door. Was told it would be R1000 extra. She then requested for half the money for the puppy and the full transport money. I agreed. But then asked for some breeders paperwork as I didn’t trust online websites to just EFT money over and never receiving the puppy. She then send me her ID Copy the following message: I do understand your point but i want you to be rest assured that you are getting your puppy and you have my word on that. We're a God fearing Christian family and cheating people of their hard earned money is not of our faith and also the bible says we must do onto others what we will want to be done to us in return. It's normal that we have to be so skeptical, as a lot happens in today's society and you can never be too sure. A good home for our puppies matters much than the money we can take from any one. and that is why you see we try to make sure that our puppies go into the best home and surrounding. Besides we do not depend on breeding and selling puppies to put food on our table because we are into live stock farming and we have a very big livestock farm. We breed for the sake of experience and though it comes with some headache, we do not ask for money as a compensation. Why should i take your money and not send this puppy to you? We are very honest people and cheating is against the laws on earth and in heaven. If you put money into our account and we don't keep our end of the deal which is getting the puppy to you, we are completely aware of the risk as you may press charges on us. You have my word, as soon as payment is received we shall get on the shipping process and will updated you every step of the way. I then obviously paid my R3000 deposit and the website looked legit as well. We arranged for the puppy to be transported to me yesterday. She told me via whatsapp that the driver will be getting in contact with me on Friday morning. Obviously he did, after explaining who he was, he proceeded by saying that I must check my emails to see if I received his mail, as payment is due on delivery. I told the man off course for the balance of the payment or for the transport. He told me for the transport. I found this odd as I already paid Elizabeth for the transport. I looked at my mail and nothing was received. I phoned the guy back to tell him I still haven’t received a mail. We agreed that I would send him a mail and that he would respond on that. This happened but to my shock I had to now pay him an additional R10000. I immediately got onto the phone with Elizabeth. I told her that I have already paid for the transport of the puppy why is this guy asking for another R10000. She told me she tried to get hold of me and that legislations has changed with transporting small puppies on a airplane now. I told her that this was not what we have agreed on and that she can now cancel the order and that I no longer want the puppy. She asked me if we could come to some kind of arrangement where she paid half and I will pay the other half. She would obviously refund me. I said absolutely not. I have send her my banking details for a full refund. I have send her several messages and my husband has spoken to her as well, unfortunately she keeps on putting down the phone. I still haven’t received my refund. Even though their website state 100% refund guaranteed. I would like justice for all that has dealt with this woman and been done in like this. I would like my refund immediately. I will be opening up an criminal case as well tomorrow and will be getting my attorney involved to get justice. This is unacceptable. Please let this be a clear warning of fraud with this people. Honest Christian people I believe NOT!
